“An amazing experience”
I was there for almost 2 weeks with my family (wife and 3 & 7 years kids). My experience was amazing. Let’s start from the property position: you have everything in 15 minutes max drive (Naoussa, Parikia port, Pounta for kite surfing, and most of the beaches. The landscape from the property is amazing both during the day and in the night especially. The property is quite and silent. No roads close to the house...no noise at all.
The house itself is wonderful! Very big accommodation with 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Furniture are new and modern style. The house has everything you need. Cleaning service every day was perfect. We also found the fridge full of everything for breakfast: water, coke, orange juice, marmalade, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, bread, wine, beers, etc. as welcome "kit". You can also enjoy the food delivery from a restaurant in Parikia that has an agreement with the property. In less than half an hour you can enjoy your dinner in the garden.
The outside part is where we stayed more: patio, garden, swimming pool. We enjoyed everything. Our kids were enthusiastic about it, they were used to start the day in the swimming pool and the last thing of the day was swimming pool as well, with swimming pool in the middle :-).
Last but not least, Nikos the owner. What I can say? He is making the difference...it is like to have a friend in town. Everything you need, Nikos can help you always with a smile.
He told us everything about the island and what to do, he picked up us at the port, he brought me to rent and return the car, he provided us with a child seat for the car free of charge, he organized my transfers in Mykonos with a local taxi service, he provided me with beaches stuff (umbrellas, inflatable tools for kids, etc.) and more and more.
He is making the difference.
If I come again in Paros it will be for sure in this property!

“Miss”
I would just like to say a big thank you to Nikos for looking after us and making us feel very welcome in his beautiful villa with its own private pool for the past 5 days.
The villa is in a very quiet hidden spot on the edge of the valley looking over Parikia Town, with the most wonderful view from the terrace and pool area.
Upon arrival Nikos showed us around the villa, showed us some of the best places to visit on the island and answered any questions we had, he had even stocked up the fridge with beer, wine, water, juice, supplies for breakfast and a wonderful bowl of fruit, and supplied us with our own flip flops for by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble and he always made sure you had everything you needed.
We rented a car as it is quite a walk into town, but you can hire a car for a very reasonable price (Nikos kindly sorted this for us and had the car ready at the port upon our arrival). The island is small enough to drive round it in an hr, we stopped off at some lovely locations as recommended by Nikos. Paros is a beautiful island that didn't seem as over crowded as some of the other Greek islands, it still had its local charm and culture.
We have visited many of the Greek islands and have stayed in many lovely hotels, but have to say this is definitely the best we have stayed in! Also the price for a week is excellent, you certainly get value for money!

“Amazing, a 5* service!”
Amazing! Not only it is a great flat (very modern, much larger than what we expected, great infrastructure) but above all it is a 5 star hotel services! Nikos was waiting for us at the ferry. He took one hour to explain us both the flat and the island and recommend us some great places. The fridge was full of foods, and fruits as a welcome gift. The TV was already on with French channels. We had cleaning services every day - and the lady even do our laundry once. If you are hesitating - don't! You will have a wonderful time!

“Marvelous”
The villa is excellent, really beautiful and even better from the photos. We stayed 10 days and the area is perfect as it is quite far from the croudy places. The view is incredible during day and night, it is sure that you will stay one night at home to enjoy the view and the wine that the owner offer you. Housekeeping what can I say, I am really strange... and everything was perfect every day the villa was extremely clean. The owner Nikos is the represent of Greek hospitality his always there to cover all your needs. Last but not least the fridge was full when we arrived, fresh fruits, wine, beers, soft drinks, milk, juices, cheese, tomatoes, eggs everything to cover our breakfast for ten days and as I am from Greece it must be mentioned that all products were from the most famous brands in Greece.
It was our best decision to stay at this villa.

“Paros hidden ruby”
Nikos is the best host you can find, his place is a rare ruby. He'll explain everything you need to know to help you discover Paros, best places, restaurants, beaches. And if you need a ride in the morning to get to the port he'll happily help you too.
We had a wonderful stay, the place is spotless clean, the fridge was stocked with wine, beer and other fresh drinks. There was a basket of fruits, even toothbrush and toothpaste. Nikos goes the extra mile to make you feel at home.
You could say it was a 5 star hotel stay, but there isn't that hospitality in a hotel, it was even better! I strongly recommend this place!

“The perfect spot for a relaxing but joyful family vacation”
Paros is a stunning and beautiful island, amazing beaches and nature, incredibly nice people and fantastic food.
Nikos apartment made the stay even more perfect, Nikos himself being the most involved and caring host you can imagine.
The apartment is spacious, cozy und provides everything you need for cooking etc. Beautiful and comfy interior design. The pool is great, the space outside amazing with a lovely view over Parikia.
Nikos came every day asking if we needed anything. Ideas for activities, secret beach spots, restaurants...he even made watching the Soccer EM in German possible for us! Being a father of 3, he was so lovely with our kid! Picked us up at the airport, helped with the luggage, brought us ice cream - there a no words for him!
We are already planning on vacation number 3 on Paros.

“Amazing!!!!”
The villa is wonderful, even more than the pictures, and the views are spectacular. The villa is clean, very well equipped and with attention to detail.
Nikos, the owner, is the most caring host you can imagine! He met us at the port and guided us up to the villa, and he spent time with us every single day recommending which beaches, and places we should visit.

“amazing suite - great location - excellent service!”
We stayed there for 9 nights and for sure will organize it again! the suite was better from the photos, clean, modern, 5stars service, the private swimming pool clean from Mr. Nikos every morning, also the sheets and the house keeping all big living room-great bathroom and organized kitchen! also comfortable for our babe girl, we asked for a bed for the babe and it was there for us compare with pink sheets! thank you very much for these days we had great time there! kisses see you soon ! special thanks to Nikos!!

“Semplicemente straordinaria! La migliore sistemazione in cui sia mai stata!”
Io adoro Paros!
Ho visitato molte delle isole Cicladi ma Paros è quella che preferisco, infatti vi torno ogni anno.
Finora avevo sempre cambiato albergo dove pernottare, ma ultimamente ho riscoperto la comodità di avere una “casa” anche in vacanza, è tutta un’altra cosa!
E così mi sono imbattuta in questa magnifica, a dir poco, SUITE a Parikia!
Le foto rendono addirittura meno di come è in realtà, la casa è arredata in modo raffinato, fornita di ogni genere di facilities, la cucina splendida, una pulizia impeccabile!
Per non parlare dell’esterno: una piscina privata con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Parikia ci aspettava ogni sera al rientro dalla spiaggia per un tuffo e una mithos ghiacciata! Un relax a cui non volevo rinunciare neppure per un giorno…
La suite è spaziosissima ed è la soluzione ideale se si viaggia con i figli o gli amici!
Se fosse stata in Italia sarebbe senza ombra di dubbio una casa vacanza a 5 stelle con prezzi impressionanti, invece il costo è incredibilmente contenuto!
Ho così scoperto che la bellezza di una vacanza indimenticabile è nei dettagli:
una casa accogliente con camere e salotto spaziosi e non una stanzetta di un albergo, la vista quotidiana del tramonto a 180 gradi dal patio, consigli preziosi sulle cose da vedere e da fare fuori dai percorsi turistici…
Per tutto questo ringrazio Nikos, il proprietario di queste 2 suite (una da 2 e una da 4 persone), una persona squisita, disponibilissima che fa il suo lavoro con passione ed entusiasmo e che ha reso straordinario il nostro soggiorno.
Da oggi in poi la mia “casa” a Paros sarà sempre e solo “Azzurro-bianco” !

“Best place to be”
We stayed in the apartment in September and it was the perfect accommodation! The host Nikos was just amazing. Not only did he pick us up from the port but also did he provide us with everything we needed (from a high fruit basket to a fully filled fridge with wine, beer, water, coke, yoghurt etc.). He also brought us homemade cake once and was available for us all the time. Additionally to this the spacious apartment was amazing with a private pool and a stunning view over the island. The suite was daily cleaned.
We can highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a beautiful holiday in Paros.

“Stunning villa ”
Our 2 bedroom villa was absolutely stunning!
Nikos, the owner couldn't do enough for us. Met us at the port, arranged a car hire and guided us up to the villa.
Once we arrived he spent time showing us everything and also recommended which beaches, restaurants and villages we should visit.
He even went shopping for us prior to our arrival due to my son's special dietary requirements.
The property is specious, very clean and has stunning views.
The attention to detail is great.
Well equip kitchen, washing machine, towels, even toiletries including toothbrushes were provided!
The pool, although small is absolutely perfect to cool off and the patio area is a lovely place to sit, relax and eat on.
I would highly recommend staying here!

“great visit”
Wonderful stay and a wonderful host. Highly recommend if you want to be just a little away from the crowd but close enough to drive or walk a few kilometers to town. The host went above and beyond what is necessary to attend to your every request, even had breakfast food to last our entire stay, a nice bottle of local wine and beers and plenty of bottled water. Even had flip flops to change into when arriving back home from a long day of sightseeing....and robes!
Very quick to respond to all my questions on how to arrive and how to arrange for ferry. He even met us after midnight to drive us in on our first night!

“Magnifico”
Sono stato in questa magnifica suite a luglio, quando sono venuto a Paros con mia moglie e mio figlio.
Conosco Paros molto bene perché è una meta fissa delle mie vacanze estive.
Finora avevo cambiato spesso hotel, perché mi piace valutarli, ma da questo momento in poi non potrò più farlo perché ho finalmente trovato la sistemazione perfetta.
Lusso, privacy, facilities, professionalità, amicizia, vicinanza al centro di Parikia... Cosa si vuole di più?
La perfezione assoluta ad un costo molto basso.
Per avere lo stesso livello di servizio, in Italia avrei dovuto pagare 5 volte tanto.
Nota assolutamente determinante il proprietario Nikos!
Una persona meravigliosa alla quale posso solo augurare che gli affari vadano sempre a gonfie vele. Se lo merita pienamente.
Tornerò qua a fine agosto con due amici e prenderò l'altra sistemazione.
Vi farò sapere.

“The best holiday ever”
I stayed at this apartment for the second time and have to say that I loved it just as much if not more this time. It is beautiful with every amenity and is immaculately maintained.
Situated in Kalami Hill, just a short distance to Parikia town centre where you will find all your holiday requirements.
Day or night, the view from the apartment is spectacular, and the peace and tranquility is therapeutic. Nikos, the owner is very attentive, always making sure that you are happy with everything. His thoughtfulness and hospitality is exceptional.
I enjoyed every minute of my stay, would return tomorrow and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone

“Just perfect !!”
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Nikos. Nikos est très accueillant et très arrangeant. Il est venu nous chercher au port et nous a permis de louer un super scooter. En plus, il a pensé à tout à la maison pour que l'on se sente vraiment chez soi. Les photos sont totalement en accord avec la réalité, il s'agit d'une belle maison avec une très belle vue. Nous recommandons à 100%, et n'hésiterons pas à retourner là-bas à Paros.

“A truly relaxing and want for nothing experience!”
The suite was perfect although we only required one bedroom. Fresh bread was delivered daily with all other necessities catered for including tea, coffee, condiments, wine, beer, water and the basics for breakfast etc. Spotlessly clean accommodation with a breathtaking view overlooking the port town of Parikia. The road up to the accommodation was typical of a Greek island...bumpy...but made worthwhile by the tranquility of this superb location!
